The Mount Hermon White features aromatic fruit notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach and pineapple, rounded out with flowers and a touch of grass. This medium-bodied blended wine is flavorful, fresh and easy to enjoy. Ready to drink upon release, the wine is best enjoyed within a couple of years of harvest. We like pairing the wine with grilled sardines, tangerine chicken, or a vibrant palak paneer.
