Ink Grade Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2019

The Ink Grade Vineyard was purchased by Joe Heitz in 1989, though this is the first time Heitz Cellar has produced a single-vineyard wine from this Howell Mountain estate. The Ink Grade Cabernet Sauvignon entices with the structure and balance of fruit from Howell Mountain paired with the classic style and elegance of Heitz Cellar. A mild summer followed by a moderate fall allowed the fruit to develop incredible flavors and concentration.
