Winery Notes: Monopole Rioja is a white wine made from Viura grapes harvested from our own vineyards and vineyards owned by our usual Rioja Alta suppliers. The main grape variety is Viura grown on head-trained vines in fresh, clay soils. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to extract and preserve the distinctive, fruity and floral primary aromas of the variety.
