Lies between Ducru Beaucaillou and Gruaud Larose. This is the rare Petite Chateau in St Julien. The Pairault family has grown the estate by purchasing former classified chateaux vineyards. This perfumed wine is now approaching maturity. Aged in wood, the wine has spice backing up elegant tannins that are fully integrated into the ripe black fruits. Acidity keeps everything fresh. Drink from 2021.
