Bow & Arrow, 'Time Machine' Rouge NV

Our cellar’s non vintage, daily drinker. This years rendition features a blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Cab Franc, that has spent time in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak. Bright, fresh, crunchy and great acidity. This wine is equally comfortable on a dinner table entertaining guests, as it is on a front porch with a slight chill on hot summer days.
