The delicacy of this wine begins to show in the visual phase, with a very low layer of cherry color. On the nose, the pomace, the cherry or even the cherry liqueur with evident balsamic notes (cedar and nutmeg) predominate. On the palate, its aromatic delicacy tricks us, since it leaves us a balanced, almost silky step, with a very ripe tannin and a crispy finish.
