Fulcrum Wines sources grapes from some of the most renowned vineyards in California, including Anderson Valley, Russian River Valley, and Sonoma Coast. The winery uses traditional winemaking techniques, such as hand sorting, small-batch fermentation, and aging in French oak barrels, to produce wines that are rich, complex, and age-worthy.

Fulcrum Napa Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep inky purple color. A complex wine with layers of deep black fruits and herbs. Lifted aromas of black cherry, cassis, black tea, and cedar. Full mouthfeel with modest tannins. Long finish with hints of oak lingering. A very balanced Cabernet from Napa Valley. The wine consists of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon in addition to  8% Petite Verdot and 7% Cabernet Franc.

Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with rich, fatty meats such as beef, lamb, and game. Grilled or roasted preparations with a bit of char or sear work particularly well. Think of pairing with a ribeye steak, rack of lamb or venison.
