Made from organically grown Vernaccia Nera - thought to be a direct relative of Grenache - this wine is Intense, spicy and engaging. On the nose, peppery notes add a glossy, punchy feel to the dried lavender, blackberries, junipers and sandalwood. We are in LOVE with the tangy ground-pepper notes that extend to a potent, full-bodied experience on the palate. Fresh acidity with tightly wound, finely etched tannins that give way to a deliciously long and spicy finish. Unfiltered and so inviting, this wine will drink gorgeously now, but will get even better with time.
