The Eco! A wine made by Ancestral Method, a very personal expression of the Cortese that I grow in Rovereto, in the vineyards that are considered the cru of Gavi, in Piedmont. It is a return to the past, it is the wine that our predecessors made. I feel it a lot in my style: it is a natural wine with limited production. It explains the way we work, how I grow vines sustainably and the production of wines that follow values and principles that belong to me.
