Distillery Notes: The Double Cask’s deep golden amber color is highlighted by warm and inviting aromas of vanilla and caramel with hints of prune, apricot and rye spice which round out the nose. Initial caramel sweetness on the palate is followed by mint, clove, and cinnamon spices before fading to a caramel, butterscotch conclusion with a long, warm and sweet finish.
